THE BRIEF
Australian Power & Gas was our largest national independent energy retailer and grew rapidly from inception to a customer base of over 350,000.
The company needed a fresh look and roll out of a new identity across numerous branding and marketing collateral items. The goal was to create cohesion, both internal and external engagement with the brand and its core values. The brand required numerous branches into different engagement categories to satisfy different marketing channels, partnerships and customer touch points.
WHAT WE DID
Visual identity refresh with key messaging focused around providing a ‘better deal than the big guys’. Taking a humanised approach to the product offering by making it centred around Jim’s Team – everyday people, like the customers they work hard to serve.
The identity application was adapted to our different marketing, activations and communication channels whilst striving to achieve an overall theme.
